What is so great about loosing weight?
2. more energy
3. That awesome feeling (aka the natural high) after a workout. I truly love this feeling
4. better sleep, probably the best sleep since I was 16.
5. Compliments, dont we all love compliments
6. The improved use of my math skill by counting calories, dividing and multiplying servings, and subtracting weight
7. Stairwells are much more peaceful than elevators.
8. Mistakes are easy to fix (with a little determination)
9. Low calorie yogurt comes in a variety of delicous and delightful flavors from key lime pie to white chocolate strawberry.
10. Pants begin to loosen up
11. Having a legitamate reason for using Icy-Hot
12. Joining that elite walkers/runners club
13. Walking has allowed me to observe beautiful wildlife like bluejays.
14. Being able to take being called "Fatty" in stride.
